* These stainless steel balls are in their casing quite tight to prevent the balls from popping out or leaking. They may need to be worked in before using. To do this, put a roll-on ball in an empty bottle, press the ball down with your thumb and roll back and forth, or roll back and forth on a thick pad of paper or the inside pages of a book. Also the balls will roll quite easy once the oils are in the bottle and covering the ball.
